Range

Working with facilities and property managers, process engineers, architects and design and build contractors, 4m understands the diverse needs clients place on flooring projects.

We have the ability to undertake works across the UK and Ireland over a broad size range.  This includes large scale works, of which 4m has wide experience through projects such as Bentley Motors, Airbus and Jaguar, as well as smaller projects.

Training

4m’s ongoing training plan provides our operatives and staff with high competency levels from NVQ levels 2 to 6, recognised Site Management/Supervisors Safety Training Scheme awards and so on.

We have recently undergone an audit by Investor in People and are pleased to confirm we passed with flying colours.

Health and Safety

Well trained staff make for a safer working environment and our health and safety policies and procedures go hand-in-hand with our training plan for maximum effectiveness.

As a member of the Building Safety Group (BSG) all of our sites are frequently audited.  We also have health and safety experts to deliver risk assessment plans, health and safety plans and completed operational and maintenance files.

4m has a structured quality procedure, in line with its position as a holder of ISO 19001.

Sustainability

4m is a holder of ISO 14001. We use VOC-free, solvent-free products and have a comprehensive environmental policy, which all staff support and work to.
